Food has always been the center of it.

I’ve spent my life immersed in the restaurant industry. I started pursuing my passion for Asian-inspired food as a line cook right after high school, then continued developing my skills through school, kitchens, and more than a decade of hands-on restaurant work.

Most recently, I served as Chief Operations Officer for TokyRoll Sushi & Poke in the Pacific Northwest, where I helped lead food, systems, and operations at a high level.

Culinary Canvas Co. is my move toward a more personal way of cooking: a direct relationship with clients, seasonal menus, thoughtful prepared meals, and food that feels both polished and approachable.

My style leans healthy, flavorful, and fusion-inspired, with a focus on local and seasonal goods whenever possible. I’m excited to be part of your kitchen, your table, and your week.
